Also enables 802.1q vlan support. Successfully tested on apu2. The 10.4 firmwares including new backported code as well as stability fixes. 10.4 has been tested on Fedora x86-64 platforms, but not on LEDE specifically since I had issues compiling LEDE for my 9980/9984 AP hardware.
