Adrian Schmutzler d7d6e055e9 base-files: replace backticks by $(...) 
This replaces deprecated backticks by more versatile $(...) syntax.

This does not touch lib/upgrade/nand.sh, as there replacement is
not trivial.

Adrian Schmutzler 4b81c1fd57 base-files: remove shebang from uci-defaults files 
uci-defaults are sourced and non-executable, so they do not require
a shebang.

While at it, apply consistent naming scheme.
