Adrian Schmutzler 1226113fe2 bcm47xx: move device definitions to subfiles 
With several subtargets, the image/Makefile becomes crowded after a
while. Many targets have moved their device definitions to $subtarget.mk
files to have them more organized, let's do this here as well.

Adrian Schmutzler 8fe5ad5d33 brcm47xx: rename target to bcm47xx 
This change makes the names of Broadcom targets consistent by using
the common notation based on SoC/CPU ID (which is used internally
anyway), bcmXXXX instead of brcmXXXX.
This is even used for target TITLE in make menuconfig already,
only the short target name used brcm so far.
