Hauke Mehrtens	ed43a4d4ac	sunxi: backport the stmmac driver from kernel 4.13 This adds support for the GMAC which is use in the A64 and other Allwinner chips by backporting the changes from the kernel versions 4.13. sunxi: backport the stmmac driver from kernel 4.13
