Chen Minqiang ec5e8461c1 x86: make crashdump works
1. KERNEL_CRASH_DUMP should depends on KERNEL_PROC_KCORE (kexec use it)
2. select crashkernel mem size by totalmem
mem <= 256M disable crashkernel by default
   mem >= 4G use 256M for crashkernel
   mem >= 8G use 512M for crashkernel
   default use 128M
3. set BOOT_IMAGE in kdump.init
4. resolve a "Unhandled rela relocation: R_X86_64_PLT32" error

Tested on x86_64

Joseph Tingiris 5883b5a1f8 kexec-tools: change kdump.init STOP index
This patch is in a series to allow additional STOP indexes after umount,
so that other block devices may stop cleanly.

kdumpinit is now STOP=90

Jo-Philipp Wich 74739c4228 treewide: fix syntax errors exposed after kconfig update
After commit e82a4d9cfb ("config: regenerate *_shipped sources") the mconf
parser became more strict as a side effect and started to spew a series of
warnings when evaluating our generated kconfig sources:

  tmp/.config-package.in:705:warning: ignoring unsupported character '@'

The root cause of these warnings is a wrong use of the @SYMBOL dependency
syntax in various Makefile. Fix the corresponding Makefiles by turning
`@SYM||@SYM2` expressions into the proper `@(SYM||SYM2)` form.

Philip Prindeville d59cc79e00 kexec-tools: issue warning when dd'ing vmcore
With no warning, it just looks like the box has hung during boot.

We don't want users resetting it without having captured a crashdump.

Daniel Golle 5e4bb476c0 kexec-tools: bump version and add support for crashdump kernel
split kexec-tools into two packages, kexec and kdump.
* kexec to simply execute a new kernel
* kdump is for loading and collecting debris of a crashed kernel with
  support for kdump forensics.

In order to properly support booting into a crashkernel, an init script
as well as UCI configuration has been added.
As modifying the kernel cmdline is required for this to work in x86
platforms use an uci-defaults script to modify /boot/grub/grub.cfg.

To test collecting crash information, use the 'c' sysrq-trigger, ie.
echo c > /proc/sysrq-trigger

This should result in the crash kernel being executed and (depending
on the configution) dmesg and/or vmcore getting saved.

To check if the crash kernel was loaded properly, use the 'status'
command of the kdump init script.

John Crispin cd96421b19 kexec-tools: bump version from v2.0.4 to v2.0.9.
- kexec-tools is now distributed with tarballs of .tar.gz and .tar.xz
format; .tar.bz2 are not provided anymore.
 - Add CONFIG_KEXEC_LZMA for selecting lzma support.

Patches are updated along to:

 - Remove the now unnecessary patch 0004-mips_regdefs.patch.
 - Drop 100-reduce_size.patch because the size reduction is marginal.
 - Allow zlib and lzma support coexist together. This patch has been
   merged into upstream project.
 - Fix kexec-tools' configure.ac.
 - Fix a few compilation warnings.

Size comparison of stripped binaries of kexec malta target with both
zlib and lzma support enabled.

 - Before: 41447
 - After: 42583

John Crispin c10d97484a Add more license tags with SPDX identifiers
Note, that licensing stuff is a nightmare: many packages does not clearly
state their licenses, and often multiple source files are simply copied
together - each with different licensing information in the file headers.

I tried hard to ensure, that the license information extracted into the OpenWRT's
makefiles fit the "spirit" of the packages, e.g. such small packages which
come without a dedicated source archive "inherites" the OpenWRT's own license
in my opinion.

However, I can not garantee that I always picked the correct information
and/or did not miss license information.
