ramips: switch MT7620 subtarget to 5.4

MT7620 seems to work fine with kernel 5.4. Set the default kernel version to 5.4 to bring this to a broader audience. Tested on Archer C2 v1 / Archer C20i Signed-off-by: David Bauer <mail@david-bauer.net>
